The Monster's Shadow
This was an illustration for Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, this particular version was published in 1995. The scene here is at the end of the book when Dr. Frankenstein confronts his monster in the ship's hold. My good friend John Mayer was the excellent choice for Dr. Frankenstein, though he has also appeared in many of my other works as well - see Dimmesdale's Terrors he is the evil figure on the left in the mirror.
