I only call this section Mainstream because it holds work that  I can not readily categorize. Much of my work now does spring from the years of doing Illustration, however, I like to think of this as Magic realism because there is still an element of the imaginary  and the fantastic n the works.  Key words here are: Climate Change, growth, grief, beauty, evolution, changes in one's life, tall ships, nightscape, moons, tornadoes, pastoral, ocean, storms, covid.

These works innately describe what is going on in my life at the time that I paint them, but they spring from those worlds of fantasy. All works here are copyrighted.

Stop AI theft

This site has been revised to contain a few less of my paintings because of art theft from the LAION-5B and the Laion-400M image datasets.
Image generating AI's are now using my art and others art to train the AI robot in programs like MidJourney and Dall-E. I found 4 of my paintings already in the LAION-5B - Laion-400M database. These Billion Dollar companies did not ask permission and are violating copyright laws by use of my art work.
Please do not use these programs, you are hurting illustrators and artists. Please contact your local representative in the House and Senate to object to use of artists works for profit by companies who are violating copyright laws.
